Having a hectic schedule and don’t know what to quickly fix for breakfast. Quick and easy snack, that could be made instantly. It’s spicy and leaves you with nice chilly taste.

Chilli Cheese Toast




Category- Vegetarian

Ingredients

Bread slices 6
Cheese cubes 4
Capsicum (shimla mirch) 3 tbsp, finely chopped
Green chillies 3-4, finely chopped
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 1 small bunch, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method

Apply cheese generously over bread slices and keep it aside. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over it bake for 5-7 minutes in microwave. If desired top it with extra cheese before serving.
